Sony China has acquired the remaining 51% controlling stake in its PlayStation distribution in China from its joint accomplice, Oriental Pearl.
Revealed on iNews (through InvestGame), the entity shall be renamed to Wanzhanpiwu Cultural Leisure Growth in any case issues undergo. It will imply that Sony has no accomplice and can personal everything of its distribution throughout the nation.
